Preparing the mizzen sail. View from the Aftcastle.
26th March, 2000.

Sailing east towards Fremantle, a group of passengers are preparing the mizzen sail. Five small windows rise up from the aftcastle deck, giving the helmsman a (very limited) view forwards. His arm hangs casually out of one of the windows. Ahead, you can see the mainsail (Groot Zeil), and the low, horizontal seam which separates it from the smaller main bonnet sail (Groot Bonnet).

Tech Specs: We captured the images with a Canon EOS 620 camera with a Sigma 17-35mm AF lens, on a Kaidan QuickPan Magnum Head. Panorama stitched with The VR Worx.
